This website is run by Carlo Oggioni, a photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains what personal information is collected when you use carlo-oggioni.com, and how it is used.
What is collected
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address and the message you send.
- Orders from the store: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and details of what you ordered.
- Payment details: card payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe). Card numbers are entered directly with the payment processor and are never stored on this website.
- Site usage: anonymous visitor statistics collected by Jetpack Stats (pages viewed, referring site, country). This does not identify you personally.
How it is used
Your information is used only to reply to your enquiry, fulfil and deliver your order, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You will not receive marketing email unless you have asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who it is shared with
Only with the services needed to run the site and deliver your order: the payment processor (WooPayments / Stripe), the postal carrier (Australia Post), the website host (Hostinger) and Jetpack (Automattic) for statistics and form handling. Your information is never sold.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in if you create an account. Jetpack Stats sets an anonymous statistics cookie. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store may not work fully without them.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for seven years as required by Australian tax law. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you at any time by emailing info@carlo-oggioni.com. This site is operated in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
